Duo offers short and long term museum standard storage. We securely house your items in a clean, climatized environment with constant video monitoring. We maintain our storage’s climate to 70 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% humidity. This controlled environment helps guarantee longevity by preventing materials from warping, cracking, and deteriorating.

We don’t have hidden fees nor will we charge for each viewing appointment. We understand that your items are special and we provide expert attention to detail to preserve and honor your valuables. We maintain strict privacy policies and confidentiality for you and your collection. We guarantee that all details about your collection and storage needs remain private.

  • Smaller items are boxed and stored on shelves

We offer other services such as crating, photographing and can help deliver your items to our facility.

How it works

1) Consultation: Once you have requested a quote we will schedule a consultation. During this meeting you will discuss with our experts your particular needs and formulate a customize experience. We will review the necessary steps to ensure the safe storage of your items.

2) Packaging: Your items will need to be store appropriately according to our strict guidelines. You are able to package your own artwork, use an existing crate or we can construct your packaging/crate. All of this will be covered during the consultation.

3) Delivery: We can assist in delivering your items to our facilities or you can drop off yourself. Once your items arrive we will complete a condition report. This is a necessary step to record the condition in which the items arrived at our storage.

4) Photographing: As an optional service we provide photographing. During this service we use our on site viewing space to document the artwork before it heads into storage.

5) Viewing appointments: As part of your storage membership you are allowed to visit your artwork. Whenever you are interested in visiting please schedule an appointment to ensure that we have your artwork ready for your arrival!
